No. All carriers are pre-integrated and ready on day one. You don’t need to sign contracts, negotiate rates, or set up accounts. Just enable shipping in your admin and start sending orders.

Cash on Delivery is built in for all integrated carriers. Your customers can pay cash (or card on the courier’s POS) at the door. Collections in any local currency are automatically converted and settled to your account in EUR — you never have to manage foreign currency. The Cash on Delivery fee is 2.4% (min BGN 1.20), unified across all carriers.

Yes. Every merchant gets a unique referral link. When someone you refer places their 5th order within 60 days, you both receive a €20 zynterra credit — applied against your subscription, Flex commission, or shipping fees.
